As the year, or any life cycle, comes to completion it's important to take a moment to reflect and pause.
Take an inventory and evaluation of your life before stepping into a new cycle, new you, fully and present.
In order to set intentions, it's important to release, let go of that which no longer serves you and create space for new energy so you can be the best version of yourself.
We are always learning and growing.
Here is a workshop I teach as a gift to you.
Take a moment of your day and journal on these questions - this is a great exercise for you to create new and fresh positive momentum in your life and your success.
Whether you journal, or simply sit quietly and take a moment to reflect on each of these questions is totally up to you.
There is no right or wrong way to go through this workshop.
Connect with your heart space and do what feels right to you in this moment. Take an inspired action.
However you decide to navigate these questions, it will be perfect and exactly what you need. But do something.

LIFE CYCLE EVALUATION
Set the right goals for this upcoming new life cycle…
Review ....
1- What are your highlights of this past year, or last six months?
2 - What challenges have you overcome recently?
3 - What positive life changes have you made?
4 - What was your top highlight of this last cycle review? And why was this so important to you?
5 - What are the top lessons learned ?
6 - What mistakes have you made these last six months or year and what have you learned from them?
7 - Are there any projects you haven't yet completed and would like to complete? If so... Create a five steps game plan.
8 - Is there anything you have been putting off? If so either “Let It Go - Completely - Take It Off Your List ” or …. “Get It Done - No Excuses”.
9 - Are there any left over resentments? Any emotional garbage and baggage you are ready to release?
10 - Anyone you need to forgive? The inability to forgive is like taking poison hoping someone else will die.
If you need to work on forgiveness practice a forgiveness mediation ASAP, there are many available online.
Do you need to forgive yourself?
If so… Forgive yourself for not knowing better and when you know better - DO BETTER > No Excuses.
11- What old stories are you telling yourself which no longer serve you?
Let go of any excuses, limited beliefs and victim mentality.

Mentorship / Do you have a mentor? Consider a mentor with someone who is a little further along the path, who you admire and who can assist you along the way. A mentor can be someone you work with online. Many people have podcasts and online programs you can join. I currently work with my mentor in a Mastermind group which we meet once a month online via Zoom. In fact I am a member of two Mastermind groups with monthly meetings, it’s a great way to keep myself motivated, learning and growing.

WHAT ABOUT PHILANTHROPY AND GIVING BACK?
Is there a person, animal, child or organization you want to contribute to their success ?
Can you set a reccuring monthly payment with Paypal for them? Remember no amount is too small. Everything matters. You can make a huge difference with small steps. Example : When I was in college I started donating money to PETA, I used to send $8 per month, which means in one year I donated $96 and in four $384, in ten years that would have been $960. I continue to donate each month to PETA as well as other organizations I believe in, as well as teachers I believe in and local sanctuaries. We all need to play a part in the betterment of humanity.
